Clarks Shoes needed product demo videos for their two new shoe lines. The end result for both was a quick video they used at trade shows and online to help promote their brand.
The first video done for Clarks was for their UnStructured line. I worked closely with our motion designer to come up with an interesting way to animate the supplied storyboards. We had limited resources: only a handful of still photos and a very short timeline. The end result was to let the illustrated flowing lines be a strong element throughout, and create an interesting flowy type treatment to compliment the otherwise still imagery.
The second video for Clarks was for their new WAVE line. In order to capture the natural stride of the shoes, I directed a video shoot on a green screen. In order to get high quality imagery for the still photos, I also directed a photoshoot, working closely with the photographer. Again, I collaborated with the same motion designer from the previous video, giving animation to the logo, imagery, and type throughout.
