An original dish from Rochester, NY, The Garbage Plate is a mountain of deliciousness and grease. This brochure for Nick Tahou’s was designed to celebrate the awesome ridiculousness of this food beast.
The photography, taken by me, provides a little too much detail into the makings of this monster. With a nearly endless amount of combinations, the plates picked for this brochure series focused on the original: home fries, mac salad, and a meat of your choice. To compliment the brochures, they were packaged up within a legit airline “sick” bag, pre-greased to give it that “day old french fries bag” look. In the course of 2 days, myself and my fearless brother ordered, photographed, and devoured 5 plates. The resulting “after” pictures are a testament to our achievement.
